Eco-sustainable equipment
Grandimpianti's industrial washing machines are equipped with the DWS weighing system, which saves up to 50% in detergent, are designed to optimize energy, water and distribute detergents properly according to the weight of the laundry.
The GWH/GWM/GWN line with the Wavy Sistem and G4-Wiz Sistem have a 96% recycling rate. They have a low level of environmental impact in all their processes (production, packaging, transportation and operation).
Effective cleaning
Grandimpianti equipment has a 4-compartment dosing system for powder or liquid detergent.
They have a double inlet system for hot and cold water, they have the capacity to have a third inlet for warm water. At the moment of the washing process, the water is automatically combined to guarantee the correct temperature.
The equipment has a mixing system that combines water and detergent before contact with the clothes, thus avoiding discoloration or damage to your fabrics.
Finally, the discharge valve is located at the front of the machine, for better maintenance and to avoid detergent and water clogging.
Safety at all times
The washing machines have a double security system, redundant and alarm circuits with those of an airplane, its security system guarantees to keep closed and locked your equipment until the completion of the rotation of the drum.
They also have a low voltage control circuit (24VAC) avoiding the risk of an electric shock and no worries of sudden changes in electrical voltage.
Finally, the equipment is equipped with an on-board circuit breaker and fuse to reduce time and costs during the installation phase.
